Unknown outcome of order🤷🏽♂️

I ordered an item for the first time after reading mixed reviews regarding this online retailer. It has currently been 12 days past the tracking number’s expected delivery date. I remain optimistic of receipt of the item though…

A note that though the website is a “.co.za” the shipping info spoke of delivery to the ‘international receiving warehouse’ - presumably meaning the stock was dispatched from a foreign country when I ordered. (China?) The current updated info on the tracker reads as follows: ORDER STATUS: WE'RE SO SORRY IF YOU'VE WAITED PAST OUR USUAL LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERY! WE ARE AWARE OF THIS DELAY AND ARE CONTACTING OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS TO EXPEDITE DELIVERY.
