unhappy with returns policy

i bought items and tried to cancel as i didnt need them anymore,you cannot call them only email and after cancelling was refunded few days after but the dispatch sent me email saying cancellation not accepted and they going ahead to send goods anyway. not sure how company is run but does not look good.
