TIRED OF WAITING

I have been waiting for my order to arrive. Order placed on 10 January. Today 11 March, still nothing. Promises that the matter will be sorted out dissolve into nothing. I have sent numerous emails to the customer care person, posted queries on the contact page. I don't know what to do next to receive my goods. Courier says they don't have the goods. Deals Daily says the courier has received my order. Today the company emails me to come back and order more. "We haven't heard from you,"they say.
