The waiting period of 10 to 15 working days is too long as it is and still my order was 4 days late on top of the 15 days

The waiting period of 10 to 15 working days is too long as it is and still my order was 4 days late on top of the 15 days. During this entire waiting period, there is no update regarding the order/shipment until day 16 when I had to call in. The calls are following email enquiries that I have made. I'm not happy at all a out the service I received.
