The customer care teams service is really outstanding!

I ordered 2 x items, a Samsung S8 back cover and Samsung S8 charging port from Daily Deals, the courier delivered at our reception and drove off, then I went to go collect my package from reception and found the courier packet to be rather empty, realizing that the S8 back cover was not inside the package. I then emailed Daily Deals about what had happened, and received feedback less than an hour later, which was great as I was quite stressed out. The customer care teams follow up service is really outstanding! I was reassured, with apologies, that there was an investigation on my particular request at the warehouse and with the courier, and I received word 2 hours later that there was a stock issue and that my outstanding S8 back cover will be couriered to arrive in a few days. I then received my outstanding S8 back cover 3 days later with a smile. I must say I was taken very good care of by Adiel, and I will continue to order from Daily Deals in the future because of such top notch assistance given to their customers!! *And to add, the quality of the products I ordered is really good!
