Thanks for fixing my incorrect order received

I previously wrote a review about ordering something and receiving the incorrect order. I was not able to update my review so I deleted and am writing this one. It was not easy to get in contact with someone even with having direct email address but no phone number. Once I managed to get someone on the phone my issue was resolved quickly and the correct product was ordered and went through the usual shipping process. It does not look like products are sourced locally so 3 week shipping time seems to be normal. My only gripe is the amount of effort it took to speak to someone on the phone.
