Terrible Online Company

Received the worst service ever. I ordered Earplugs and a charging cable from them. Struggled so long to get them to communicate with them after I haven't received it - although they send out sms that the order is on its way. I never received it. Then after 2 months I got only the earplugs, I am still struggling with them just to answer my emails and acknowledge the fact that I haven't received my charging cable. They ***** clients money.
