Suspicious trading

Never received my order, they respond to certain emails timeously and ignore others, they never answer when you call which is very *****. They had great deals but I had to insist on a refund because they claimed the shipment was ****** but the courier company buffalo which is also a nightmare to get a hold of stated that the order was being processed and refused to respond thereafter so I unfortunately will not be trying to purchase again
