Still Waiting for delivery!!

My shopping experience with Dealsdaily has been EXTREMELY BAD!!! I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I’ve placed the order on the 16th June 2022 and every time I enquire about the delivery I receive a pathetic reply about the courier service that has either cancelled the delivery or not collecting it!! The Customer Support representative makes the one excuse after the other and nothing happens. I’ve asked twice for the order to be cancelled and my money to be returned, but that is also not happening.
