*****ing money from customers, refusal to accept return on unused and unworn item. Stay away!

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

I tried to return a jacket, never worn, did not fit (not due to me ordering the wrong size, the sizing is wrong from the manufacturer, and despite following the order instructions, it still did not fit well). I had been trying to get the "admin" team--via support--to respond to my request for a return and after 3 days I received an email that it takes 12 - 24 hours. I responded that it had been over 72 hours and then I received an email telling me to send pictures showing that the product was not the correct item. So they have ****** my money. They also deliberately delayed.

I believe this "company" is a two man set up in a location in Gauteng, working from a dining room table. They completely ignore issues raised by customers and keep their money despite the product being the wrong size, poor quality fabric, and not matching the picture (as in the picture on the web is very flattering, what you get is very different from what you expect).

IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! STAY AWAY.
