I ordered and paid for an item on this site 2 days ago. I was informed that the item was out of stock and that they do not have a similar item to replace it with. I was contacted by Mahdi and Aadil that I can request a refund or they can credit my account to use at a later stage for online shopping. I requested a refund and the money was transferred to my account. This took place over a period of only three days. A big thumbs up and thank you to Mahdi and Aadil for the professional way they handled my requests and keep me updated throughout the process!!
