Poor service and follow-up

I am still waiting for my order. Order placed on 10 January. Finally goods delivered on 15 March. Wrong product sent. Incorrect watchstrap despite name and product of Fitbit being ordered. Since 15 March, I have been promised taht someone will contact me to supply correct watchstrap and so I can send back the strap which is completely different brand and not ordered by me. Silence. Still waiting. No phone number to contact. Beyond tedious and frustrating. Really poor effort.
