Poor service

Received broken item as it was only in a plastic bag for shipping. Worst packaging I have encountered yet!!! The lack of feedback is also nothing to speak of! After sending numerous emails since 2 Dec, regarding the package that was delivered (Damaged), I received instructions on how to go about getting a replacement on the order. To date I have hot heard anything back from them even after I mailed them again and again and again! Their After sales service is terrible!
