POOR SERVICE

On the 1st of December 2022 I have ordered 15 x 24pcs/box Teacher Comments Cartoon plastic square stamps, my order number is DS428709. The order took long and it was only delivered on the 19th of January 2023 AND IT WAS INCORRECT. I have notified the company on the 20th of January to return the order back for credit and my return number is RMA#JL7S30ET.

I have followed up as to when I must return the goods and on the 2nd of February received the return approval and the order was returned. I followed up AGAIN on the 14th of February and on the 16th I have received an email from MAHDI (OPERATIONS MANAGER – ***), apologizing and promising to resolve the matter but still to date nothing happened. THEIR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IS VERY POOR.
