POOR SERVICE

I have got an urgent query with DEALSDAILY company. On the 1st of December 2022 I have ordered 15 x 24pcs/box Teacher Comments Cartoon plastic square stamps, my order number DS428709. The order took long and it was delivered on the 19th of January 2023 AND it was incorrect. I have notified the company to return the stock back for credit on the 20th January 2023, my return number RMA#JL7S30ET. I have followed up with the company as to when the return must take place and only received the response on the 2nd of February 2023 that the return has been approved. The order was returned and I followed up AGAIN on the 14/15/16 of February 2023, still no response when the company is going to refund me. THE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IS VERY POOR. DEALSDAILY doesn't care at all. Despite that fact that the order took long to be delivered, it was incorrect and they still took long to respond to any of my queries.
