Poor experience

Order took forever to arrive with no communication from the seller. Items are obviously back-ordered from China and other overseas sellers. I had given up on this order to be honest. Eventually received an SMS to collect a parcel via PAXI - a click and collect service even though I paid R99 for courier fees and this was not communicated at the times of sale. All in all terrible customer experience.
