I initially complained about placing an order for a TV remote controller.

I've ad not response whatsoever other than "Your Order is being Processed"

Yippee, delivery finally took place on Monday this week. I do believe that it is a new company that is starting off . I'd like to apologize for publishing. I do however would like to recommend that, somebody from the company should at least communicate the progress towards delivery so that the customer is aware rather than being silent.
