NON DELIVERY OR GOODS AND FALSE DELIVERY DATES GIVEN

I have a parcel which was due to delivery on the 17th of Jan 2023, I received an email from their so called head of customer support on the 13th of Jan 2023 apologizing for the delay and confirming that my parcel will be delivered by the end of this week which is the 20th of Jan 2023. Now today I received another email from this guys stating that he once again apologizes for the delay but I will now only receive my parcel at the end of next week Friday which will be the 27th of Jan 2023. If I might add my order was placed on the 19th of December 2022, DO NOT ORDER FROM DEALS DAILY YOU WILL REGRET IT
