Never received my item or refund

Not sure if this business is even legit. Ordered a Garmin strap. Did not hear form them for a month. No telephone number to call them and only responded to mail after 2 weeks of trying. Apparently they use a company called Buffalo logistics for delivery. Item was left in some locker where you need to enter a pincode for retrieval. Because I registered with my office number I am unable to get a pincode. Buffalo logistics does not answer their phones either.
