Misleading adds!
I ordered a Lenovo Yoga tablet (DS427719), on 22nd October 2022. Out pop a notification stating I can get 15% discount, how do I apply it, I couldn't. Had discussions with Adiel Seyed, @ the support desk and he rep****:

31 Oct 2022, 09:54They do not contact you back, and days go by for them to order the stuff and create a loophole of not being able to cancel it anymore.
Mahdi did reply eventually stating explicitly:
" I understand your concern, I will have this order canceled and refunded. The order will be refunded sometime tomorrow, I will keep you notified."
That was Thursday, it is now Monday - Nothing!!!
