Long delivery wait time and poor post sale support

Dear dealsdaily.co.za,

Extremely dissatisfied with my shipping experience with no intention of returning to your platform.

1. Long wait delivery time - over a month wait time 2. Very poor after sale support. Logged a return since 07th April. Did a fallow up early 1st May, very disappointed as at 18th of May, no action as been made.

I guess in #ecommerce era, that's two basics are essential for retaining customer trust. It's disappointing enough I had to waiting over weeks for my order, then it's awful you dont have a proper return policy.
