I was ****med I ordered two items but only received one and I paid a full amount even a tip only to get unsatisfactory service

I was ****med I ordered two items but only received one and I paid a full amount even a tip only to get unsatisfactory service. I am very livid I paid so much and only got one item and I waited for too long to recieve my package I am not happy I want my money back for the item not received and the box was unwrapped the yellow sealing tape waa cut and sealed back with a clear tape I don’t know what is going on my stuff is not complete
