False delivery adverising.

This is my second order with them. One would think that it would be a swift process since they state that they are a South African company based in Jhb. But the shipping takes forever. The first order I made, the package took much longer than promised and was sent to the wrong town and not a safe area. After a week of back and forth replies over email, they informed me that they will send the package to another safer town. This took over a month and I was never notified again. They then couldn't find the package. After 4 months of this, I asked for a refund. Now, hoping it was a one time thing because this time it's needed in Pretoria, ordered something from them again. It was promised to arrive between 25 Jan and 2 Feb 2023. Its still hasn't arrived. I will not order anything from them again.
