I bought a product through Dealsdaily.co.za and had a problem with it. When I emailed the support email, they got back to me within hours. Mahdi, the operations manager understood my problem and gave me advice to make 100% sure my product worked before further steps. My product still didn't work and he immediately got back to me suggesting a full refund or issuing me a gift card plus 10% of my total order value. He also offered to check my future purchase to ensure that I got exactly what I ordered. I recieved my full refund plus delivery charges. The backup service has been incredible, thank you Mahdi!
