Don't expect much communication and be prepared to wait

I ordered an item that was well priced and although the delivery took over a month (6 weeks) , it did arrive. DealsDaily are not at all good at communicating though. The website says 15 working days to deliver and 5 days to process, but this didn't happen. When it didn't arrive on the day it was meant to, I tried to contact DealsDaily, which was a challenge (no phones were answered after many days of trying). Eventually they responded to an email and said 'sorry there is a delay' (with no update on a new delivery date). Eventually though, the item arrived and was picked up by the courier who were very good at communicating with me and I received the item in good condition (just a bit late).
