Do not Expect any Service

I have placed an order with this company - thinking this was based in South Africa - it is not!! All shipping is done from China. I have placed an order on 23 Feb 2022. I was contacted by FedEx to pay import duties on the items shipped. On 28 Mar 2022 I received a parcel - not any of my items I have ordered. May e-mail further and I am still sitting with items I cannot use and my items still has to be delivered!! Do not order from them.
