Disappointed beyond words

Disappointed and false advertising beyond disappointed they had advertised for a phone cover which clearly stated it would fit a Huawei P10 plus when the cover came they had given it to the wrong people there after the cover wasn't what was advertised thereafter I was told that there is nothing that they can do about it, in plain and simple words that I am blind and didn't see what I ordered and it falls under "changing my mind" so nothing can be done about it highly disappointed and beyond upset but I guess that's what I get for trusting an online website
