DEALSDAILY.CO.ZA please stay away!!!

Dealsdaily.co.za is a ****. They don't accept returns or do refunds. You have a 50/50 chance of the product being in a working state and then a 0% chance of them accepting your return. They won't even be bothered with this post. I'm posting so no one else has to go through this hassle.

I bought a kids smart watch on 23 Jan, eventually received the product on 6 March 2023 just to find its not working. After numerous email ping pong one of the guys there 'accepted' my return on the basis that I have to send it via couroer at my own expense. Dealsdaily quite plainly **** and doesn't even acxept any parcels at this address. Courier were there multiple times and no one there to accept the parcel. Cellphone numbers are not even ringing, so these are ****. They are ****mers and a lot of other adjectives which I won't dive so low to type here.

I have another cellphone number and their email addresses and then one other business address (all from email communications). All ****s.

Please stay away. They won't even reply to this post as they just don't care. At this stage I suspect they have **** names, **** cellphone numbers, **** identities and no ethics.

So, for all my 14 weeks of frustration, they have quite plainly ****** my R1300 (+R400 courier return fee). I've done everything according to their instructions and didn't do anything wrong here.

This post I've made today on 2 April 2023 after trying to forgive them for their ********* ways. They have ****** my money I worked for. This is all it boils down to.
