DealsDaily the WORST online store

DealsDaily is the worst online store ever. I purchased a product, it took 3 months to be delivered, then it didn't work, took another 2 months to get approval to send it back, I had to pay courier cost to return it, and now it is yet another month and NO word or communication to have my money refunded. You cannot call DailyDeals, only e-mail, and they just do not answer any mails send to them. The worst company ever!!!
