I cannot give them a more negative rating. If it was possible to give them zero, I would. Adiel Seyed <***> responded to one query on my order and any additional follow-up queries have resulted in no response. It has been 4 months almost to the day that I placed an order. After I enquired, they shifted the possible delivery date a bit beyond the date at the time. Right now it says March 6th. I have sent numerous update requests but they don't answer. I will never do business with them again. If my parcel ever arrives, I probably won't need it anymore. I spent not a small amount. Let's hope they respond going forward. I doubt they will.
