Dealsdaily shocking experience

Only after I placed and paid for an order I received a message that shipping will take 15 business days!! I send an email, bit got a line reply back. Then after 6 days of nothing happening on my order I send another email, but did not get any reply!! I the send another email the day after, still no reply. Then I threatened to go to social media and I received a reply, saying that the order is cancelled and that I will receive a refund in 3 working days. This was meant as a xmas gift for my daughter, but turned out as a nightmare shopping experience. I can not recommend this company, they are slow with shipment and customer service is the worst I have experienced.
