DealsDaily – no show/ assistance with return/refund

On 03/02/23 I received conversation from DealsDaily that my order DS430163 (Cover for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra R-JUST Waterproof Shockproof Dustproof Metal + Silicone Protective Case(Black) has been processed and 10 - 15 working days for the order to be delivered. On 02/03/23 my order was delivered only to discover that my Samsung S20 Ultra does not fit into the mentioned cover…, the opening for the back camera does not line up! I see on the box/packaging “for N20 Ultra”. Ever since 03/03/23 I have been struggling with back and forth mail correspondence to return/ refund the purchase to ne reveal!!
