Dealsdaily, Adiel & team = Awesome Service!!!

My kid wrote a letter to me to buy her a Samsung S Pen for her Tab & stuck it on my cupboard which led me to Deals Daily & my order was placed 30 Aug. Now I understood that my items would be imported so I was prepared to wait. When I got my order, the S Pen was missing & my daughter was so disappointed. I mailed support & during that time I wondered if I would have to resort to a HP complaint but Adiel Seyed and team literally WoW'ed me & the item was delivered much to my daughter's excitement. I do alot of online shopping so expecting perfection is unrealistic but even when things don't go as planned, how it business handles the situation that is everything in my book.
