I ordered a Bluetooth adapter on 2 October 2022. It was meant to be delivered on 31 October 2022. I contacted the support email on 9 November 2022 to which I received a response from Adiel Seyed, Head of Customer Support (head of no support)! They couldn’t find my order based on my email address. So I sent him the actual order confirmation and welcome account email on registration. Then I heard nothing. I’ve now laid a charge of ***** against the company with my bank and asked them to be black listed. DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
