DailyDeals dont do it even if the product seems like a bargain its not

I purchased a 3D printer through them there site premises 10 to 15 workdays delivery and that you would be kept updated throughout the process from order to delivery i have not been updated at all i have to go and check myself my item is still on my account as paid but status unforfilled 15 day have come and gone i have sent 2 emails asking to please get back to me but no response what so ever not even an ecknoligement of receipt of my email theres just nothing but yet thay pride themselves on there delivery time and there support i have not experienced either of these so far its a pitty that this is how a person gets treated as i only do online shopping and they could have had a good customer for years to come sadly that will most definitely not be the case now its up to me to try and find out whats happening or can i get my money back if i can get hold of someone
