Customer service was bad

Customer service was bad. I constantly had to follow up about my order with the automated bot for about 10 days after I placed my order, to find get a tracking number and other details but with no useful info about the way forward. I checked other reviews, and only to find that their items never arrived months after placing their orders and that gave me a scare that I might have been ****med as well. This is due to the poor and very slow communication.
