In short, I ordered vacuum replacement bags for a Philips vacuum cleaner from this website for R448. I checked reviews about them online since I haven't bought anything from them before. There were some ***** reviews, some calling this website a ****. Some people also claim they changed their name recently. But here and there there were some positive reviews. Since I couldn't find this product anywhere else I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and placed the order. After 3 weeks nothing had arrived yet. I tried to contact them but got no reply. I was ready to write this off as a lesson learned when a package from them arrived. Sadly it contained only 1 vacuum bag instead of the 8 that I ordered. So at least I got something. Thankfully there are review websites like Hellopeter so that other people can be warned. Avoid ******** like these guys and stick to reputable online websites.

I read your review on hellopeter, and I wanted to reach out to apologise and provide a solution.

As I understand, you expected to recieve eight vacuum bags but only received one.

Since in the description it does say “Qty per carton: 8”. Please note that this information is for customers who require to purchase wholesale and would need to know how many is in each carton.

However, I completely understand how this can be confusing and you would’ve expected to receive 8 instead of 1.

I will be happy to provide a full refund for the item due to the inconvenience caused. I will also speak with our developer to remove the Qty per carton information for regular customers.

Please send us your preferred banking details so that I can process a refund. ***
