Avoid buying from this company at all costs!!!

Absolutely shocking! I placed an order at the end of October and was told I would receive my item by the 25th November. I have constantly followed up and have yet to receive my parcel. The tracking information they gave is useless as whenever I phone to query where my order is I am number 350 in the queue with a wait time of over an hour. I’ve followed up with daily deals and they have given me every excuse in the book from load shedding to hijacking. Now that I have insisted on a refund they are no longer replying to any of my emails. Absolutely shocking service and I would avoid this company at all costs.
