Absolutely **********, I ordered a simple tablet cover and the site said it would arrive before the 21st of December, so I purchased it. as it was a Christmas gift. the delivery address would be my home. a week later it was updated to the 24th. but it did not arrive. I was informed on the 18th of January that it was delivered to the mall of Africa and because no one collected the package it was sent back to the Buffalo logistics warehouse. The support I received was to contact the courier company based in China and sort it out myself. I have given up I have been ******
