Rudely cutting calls

I just received a call from one of your agents using ***, this was a lead generation call. I have no problem with receiving calls as I'm from a call centre environment myself. What I'm not happy with is how the agent receiving a call advising Clientelle would like to call me and not being given context as to what the call is about. Secondly when I declined to receive the call, agent rudely cut the call on me.
