Rude and sadistic call centre staff and unsolicited call

Robin from Deals on Tap phoned to ask if I had a clientele policy in the last 24 months. So I said I don’t want to disclose the information. She then went on about being rude to people can cause them to die! She started telling me to be kind to people and I could have just said I am not interested, but I did not even know why she was calling me! She was completely on her own vibe and not even listening to what was said. Jus going on about rude people! Absolutely shockingly unprofessional.
