Nonsense **** of a Company

These people have been debiting my bank account after i cancelled what i thought was a cellphone contract. They debited again today , this morning after i struggled for 2 weeks to get my refund and they debit again. When i call this morning they tell me nonsense story about system error and they can see i cancelled in june and was not supposed to be billed. Now i have to wait another 2 -3 weeks to get my refund. This is ******* company, full of nonsense and ********. I want my money and I want it today, not in 2 damn weeks nxaaaaa
