I asked het 2 or 3 times during the "recorded" call and each time she assured me that if I don't use, I don't pay. Low and behold, they debited my acc with R179. Tried to have it reversed, no way. YOU ARE ***** AND *****S AND I WANT MY R179 RETURNED
