ITC help

Hello Peter I want to know if you can assist me. I have been checking my credit profile because at the moment I only have a Direct Excess loan & my cellphone contract. I tried to make a loan and they said I can't because I must check my credit profile, which I did. I came across the company that I don't know. Can you assist me I need that removed there 3 others as well. They all paid up but still show on my profile. Shall I contact the itc to remove it?
