*******ly *****ing my money

i recently had a debit order of 75 rand come off my account hotspotter took the debit order I never gave them permission I dont even know who they are how do i get my money back. then another debit went off by deal direct who the hell is deal direct they took a debit order of 179 also i did not give them permission
