Three unauthorised debit orders were taken off my ***, R149 and R159 on 25/09/2018 with the reference UREWARDS and ICON. Bank has reversed at a cost of R30 per transaction. Where is the proof that i authorised this debit order. Do i have to monitor my account every month now and go through the same process.....
