Zero service delivery on faulty item

Why aren’t this company under investigation if they very quickly take your money for payment of an item but cannot deliver the goods or service!

This is my second review and still they haven’t gave me feedback of an faulty item which I communicated with them via a video clip immediately upon receiving the item.

Just solve the problem by giving me refund!
