WORST ONLINE PLATFORM

IF I COUL RATE -1000 i WOULD THIS ONLINE SHOP IS THE WORSE PLATFORM TO SHOP FROM NO COMMUNICATION PRODUCT TAKE FOREVER TO COME Hi

I have placed my order on the 5th of July 2021 today is the 27th of July 2021 This is in fact completely ridiculous as when I initially placed my order it gave me a 7-12 working day timeframe for delivery!

This store communicated to me due to the looting happening there is a delay in delivery when in fact the product was only send off from a China 16th July.

Nowhere on you website does it say that the product get imported upon order , so I was under the impression that the parcel would come from JHB somewhere which was also a lie.

If I knew that I would’ve ordered it from Amazon and I would’ve received my parcel faster.
