Worst online company ever!

I have placed an order through this company a while back and received an email stating that the delivery will occur within 15 business days. Once this time had lapsed and I have not received any notification of delivery, I started emailing the company. Initially I received apologetic emails that this "is not the norm" and that they were sorry for the delay. Then they stopped responding to my emails. I tried to phone the customer care number repeatedly, joined the queue but each till I was number 1 in the queue, the line went dead!! I am still trying to get an answer from them via email, but am considering reporting them to the customer protector. I feel so stupid not having checked their rating before ordering from them.
