Weird Tracking Info

I ordered a package from them on the 3rd of November 2020 and thereafter saw the horrible reviews. I decided that I could wait a little longer as it seems this is one of the most common problems with them (you wait very long for delivery).

I waited over a week and then decided to email them as I had not yet received any tracking details Miraculously the next Monday my order had tracking info, but there was no response to my email.

On the 19th of November the tracking info stated "Client Received". I still have not received anything up to this point so I emailed them again and explained the whole story adding that I am going to review them here and on other platforms. I immediately received a response from them stating I will receive my package before or on the 3rd of December (one month in total for delivery) and they apologised for the inconvenience caused.

So I am giving them 2stars for now for at least responding to my second email. Once I receive my package I will update my review.
